1. What ProTrader is
ProTrader is an educational membership platform for retail traders. We provide courses, signals, analytical tools, and community features. Member ranks are based on the funded balance of a verified trading account opened with our partner broker under our Introducing-Broker (IB) referral.
2. Educational only · never financial advice
Nothing on ProTrader is investment advice, a solicitation, or a recommendation to buy or sell any instrument. Signals, analyses, and PT Coach output are educational ideas only. You make every trading decision yourself, on your own account, at your own risk.
3. Risk warning
Trading leveraged products carries a high level of risk and may not be suitable for everyone. You can lose more than your initial deposit. Past performance does not guarantee future results. Read our Risk Disclosure in full before depositing.
4. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and legally permitted to trade leveraged products in your jurisdiction. ProTrader does not knowingly accept members from sanctioned countries or jurisdictions where its services are restricted.
5. Your account
Keep your sign-in credentials confidential. You are responsible for activity on your account. Notify us immediately at support@protrader.app if you suspect unauthorised access.
6. Termination
We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these terms, abuse the platform, or your partner-broker account is closed. You can leave at any time.
7. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, ProTrader is not liable for trading losses, missed opportunities, or consequential damages arising from use of the platform.
8. Changes
These terms may evolve as the platform grows. Material changes are notified by email and on the dashboard. Continued use after changes means you accept them.
